ADVANTAGES OF HEMP SEEDS

Hemp seeds are becoming increasingly popular – especially for health-promoting reasons. Doctors openly say that hemp is rich in unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as well as full-fledged and perfectly absorbed protein. Experts say that it is the plant with the highest concentration of valuable protein, which is often lacking in vegan and vegetarian diets.

Did you know that in addition to the obvious nutritional value, hemp seeds also have enormous benefits for the textile industry? We know it and we have decided to make full use of it!

Hemp itself is a plant that is classified into different species within a genus. The seeds were first mentioned in the published dictionary of plants in 1783. Interestingly, the historical discoveries indicate that the first occurrence occurred more than 6 million years ago in the Tibetan highlands. Since then, the seeds have enjoyed great popularity and can be found in almost all parts of the world – from Asia to America to Europe. Most fields are found in India and Nepal, where both wild hemp and commercial hemp are grown, which is used by locals and naturopathy enthusiasts.

In so linen! We appreciate hemp for its naturalness, which is a great substitute for the artificial fillings you find on the market. In addition, thanks to their anti-inflammatory properties, it reduces the risk of allergies or the proliferation of microbes, which have a negative impact on health and well-being.

Dermatologists stress that hemp seeds support the treatment of skin diseases (even serious ones such as eczema or psoriasis), making this filling ideal for patients, the elderly, children, and allergy sufferers. Check out quilted hemp bedspread and its properties!

YOU HAVE TO KNOW THIS ABOUT OUR BEDSPREAD! HEMP BEDSPREAD AND ITS PROPERTIES!

Not so long ago, we asked you on our Instagram page what is (most often) found in the bedspreads available on the market. Among the repeated answers were silicone ovate and 100% polyester. So, the manufacturers use . . . Plastic that is part of PET bottles to make the filling.

Our natural bedspread is a combination of quilted finish and linen tenderness. For the production, we use 100% stonewashed linen and natural hemp filling, which we obtain from a Polish manufacturer. Of course, we couldn’t forget the design and your most beautiful arrangements during the production, so we decorated the bedspreads with classic rhombuses and a decorative edge. So you can use the linen blanket as protection and decorative bedding in the bedroom as well as as a light alternative to duvets. We assure you that it is perfect for your garden as a wrapping while relaxing with your favorite book or as an accompaniment to an evening barbecue with friends.

Hemp fleece just like linen has anti-allergic, antifungal properties, prevents the growth of mites, and has antistatic properties (i. e. does not attract dust and therefore stays fresh for longer).

The natural blanket is equipped with medium-weight linen (160 g/m2) on the outside and filled with hemp from non-chemical crops on the inside.
