Write to us if after receiving the parcel you notice that your product is damaged or if during use it turns out to be defective.
Describe any details of the damaged or defective product. You can also attach photos.

Then we will ask you to fill out the complaint form, available below, and return the claimed product.

We will consider your complaint and contact you within 14 days from the date of recieving the shipment.

You can return the product within 30 days of recieving it.
